This is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.
When you send us an enquiry we ask for your name, your phone number, and what you are looking for in a car. We ask for these because we cannot call you back without them.
You can have it removed. Write to support@moto365.in and we will delete what we hold about you, and confirm when it is done. You can also ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent at any time. You do not have to give a reason.
If you send us a review of a car you own, we publish your first name, your ratings and what you wrote, after our team has read it. We do not publish your phone number; we keep it only to check that the review comes from a real owner. You can have the review removed at any time.
You can search without telling us anything, and we do not require an account. Through Google Tag Manager we run measurement tags from Google (Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (the Facebook Pixel), so we can see how the site is used and how well our advertising works, including remarketing. These load from Google and Meta and set cookies in your browser. You can block them with any standard privacy or cookie blocker, and we do not sell your data. Everything else the page needs (the rest of the scripts, styles and fonts) is served from this domain.
To understand what people look for, we keep an anonymous record of how the search is used: which cars are shortlisted, the filters and words used, and which website a visit arrived from. It is tied only to a random tag stored in your browser, never to your name or number, and it tells us nothing about who you are. Clearing your browser storage resets the tag. Your name and phone number reach us only if you choose to send an enquiry.
Our server keeps ordinary web logs for a short period to keep the service running and to stop abuse.
The cars in our search are advertised publicly on other websites: OLX, CarWale, CarDekho, Cars24, Spinny, Maruti Suzuki True Value, Mahindra First Choice, Droom and CarTrade. We do not own any of the vehicles or assets listed, and we do not sell or broker them. For each one we hold plain facts: make, model, year, price, kilometres, fuel, gearbox, number of owners and city.

We do not own, sell or broker any car listed here. We take no commission on a sale. Prices, kilometres and descriptions are what the seller published and we cannot guarantee them. That is exactly why we offer an inspection. A listing appearing here is not a recommendation.
