This is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.

If you contact us

When you send us an enquiry we ask for your name, your phone number, and what you are looking for in a car. We ask for these because we cannot call you back without them.

• We use them to find cars for you, to call or message you about them, and to arrange an inspection if you want one.
• We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to advertisers.
• We share your name and number with a seller or an inspector only when you have asked us to arrange something, and only what that person needs to do it.
• We keep them while we are helping you and for two years afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back.

If you use the search

You can search without telling us anything. We do not require an account, we set no advertising cookies, and we do not load trackers or fonts from anybody else — everything the page needs is served from this domain.

To understand what people look for, we keep an anonymous record of how the search is used — which cars are shortlisted, the filters and words used, and which website a visit arrived from. It is tied only to a random tag stored in your browser, never to your name or number, and it tells us nothing about who you are. Clearing your browser storage resets the tag. Your name and phone number reach us only if you choose to send an enquiry.

Our server keeps ordinary web logs for a short period to keep the service running and to stop abuse.

Where the car listings come from

The cars in our search are advertised publicly on other websites. For each one we hold plain facts: make, model, year, price, kilometres, fuel, gearbox, number of owners and city.

• We do not copy photographs or the seller's written description. Those belong to whoever created them.
• We do not store the name or contact details of any seller. Where a listing shows who posted it, we use that only to work out whether it is a private owner or a trader, and then discard it.
• Every result links to the original advert on the site that published it. We are an index that points at listings; we do not host them, and we are not selling any of these cars.
• We respect each site's robots.txt.

If you are one of those sites and you would rather we did not index you, write to support@moto365.in and we will stop. We would rather hear from you than not.

What we are not

We do not own, sell or broker any car listed here. We take no commission on a sale. Prices, kilometres and descriptions are what the seller published and we cannot guarantee them — that is exactly why we offer an inspection. A listing appearing here is not a recommendation.
