The 300-point inspection checklist
Every InspektAI inspection runs 300+ checkpoints, plus a diagnostic scan and a verified reading of the real kilometres. Here is what that covers, by system — and the report tells you not just pass or fail, but what each finding is worth at the negotiating table.
Engine & under-bonnet
Cold start, idle, oil and coolant condition, leaks, belts and hoses, smoke on load, mounts, and a diagnostic scan for fault codes.
Transmission & clutch
Shift quality, clutch bite and slip, jerks on an automatic, and the transmission-fluid history.
Suspension & steering
Bushes, shockers, wheel bearings, steering play, and the tyres’ age and even wear.
Brakes
Pad and disc life, pull under braking, ABS function, and fluid condition.
Electricals & electronics
Lights, AC cooling, power windows and locks, infotainment, sensors, cameras and every warning lamp.
Body & structure
Paint depth for repaint or filler, panel gaps, weld marks, and rust in the sills, arches and boot floor — the signs of an accident car.
Interior
Seat and trim wear against the claimed kilometres, pedal rubbers, and water-ingress or flood smell.
Paperwork
RC, service history, insurance and no-claim, ownership chain and any outstanding loan or challan.
Road test
Behaviour under real load — pickup, braking, straight-line tracking, gear changes and noises that only show at speed.
